Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Because all of the Love You Bunches Candle Co., Candles are hand-poured and made with a heart full of love, please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. If there is a candle that you are interested in but is sold out, please allow 10 to 14 days for the making and curing process. Orders will ship out within 5 to 7 days of the received order (this time does not include weekends and holidays in which the post office is closed). 

Once your order has shipped we are not able to change any shipping information.* So please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. If we are able to change before the item has been shipped we will try our best to do so.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the shipping information.

If your item(s) is lost or stolen, Love You Bunches Candle Co. is, is not responsible.

Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Please allow 2-4 days for local orders to be processed (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once orders have been processed, the customer will receive an email notifying them that their order is ready. For local delivery, please note that there will be no deliveries after 8pm EST. When an order delivery is being conducted please, have your order confirmation available. For COVID-19 protection, we ask that the customer wear a mask during the delivery of their order.
