What are your candles/wax melts made of?
Love You Bunches Candle Co. candles and wax melts are made of 100% soy wax, wooden wicks, and fragrance oil. No other additives or dyes are included. Our wooden wicks are patented by The Wooden Wick Co., for more information about the patents on the wicks please visit https://woodenwick.com/pages/patents.
Where do you get your supplies from?
All of our supplies are sourced from a number of different states in the USA.
Where are your candles made?
Our candles are hand-poured and packaged in Gastonia, NC.
What is the best way to burn a Love You Bunches Candle Co. candle?
We suggest a burn time of 3 to 4 hours. Always ensuring that the wick is trimmed 1/4" prior to each burning session. The melt pool should always be allowed to reach the edges of the vessel before the candle is extinguished. By allowing the melt pool to reach the edges, you can prevent your candle from tunneling. Never leave a candle unattended or in the reach of children, pets, or air draft. Before handling the candle, please allow the jar to cool completely. And remember to go by the care instructions on the bottom of your candle, as well as, on your care card.
How fragrant are your candles?
We have found that our candles can fill a large living room. For larger spaces that have high ceilings, we suggest using 2 candles. Because we use 100% soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as a candle that is made with paraffin waxes.
How often will new scents/products be released?
Releases will be done at random, however, you can follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to receive notifications about the releases of new scents and products.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Because all of the Love You Bunches Candle Co., Candles are hand-poured and made with a heart full of love, please allow 3 to 5 days for processing. If there is a candle that you are interested in but is sold out, please allow 10 to 14 days for the making and curing process. Orders will ship out within 5 to 7 days of the received order (this time does not include weekends and holidays in which the post office is closed).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will received an email that will provide your tracking number. If you do not receive this information, please let us know by emailing loveyoubunchescandleco@gmail.com and we will get it to you.
Is there sales tax?
In the state of North Carolina, yes there will be a sales tax calculated into your order.
What method of shipping do you use?
We mostly use USPS priority shipping, however, if it is necessary for large orders UPS could be used as a shipping method.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! Just make a note that your order is a gift in the checkout section. Sales receipts will not be included in gift orders.
